With the company's growing success, we want to continue providing every team or department with the opportunity to create their own SWAG. The catalog helps us maintain a consistent line in both design and product quality. Every item offered in the catalog went through our quality control process to ensure we provide the best products to our employees, working with reliable suppliers who already know us and understand our values. We always welcome feedback and are open to adding more products to the catalog.

While the Llama farm is one of the features in our product, it is not our mascot and does not necessarily represent the values of our company. The SWAG we produce is essentially our face to the world, so we prefer to include a design that represents us better.

Some of the suppliers we work with can't produce such small quantities, so there are a few options that are relevant for small teams, such as T-shirts, stickers, or caps. There's always the option to purchase useful items for the team without branding them.

If you've chosen SWAG and are satisfied with it, it's okay not to use up the rest of the budget. But if you must you can always buy an extra bottle of wine to enjoy together :) 🍾

Since we work with external suppliers, it's always important to plan ahead when there's enough time for design and production, rather than relying on last-minute orders. The timelines mainly depend on the production time of the suppliers, and there's no way for us to expedite them. 🗓️

We work with different suppliers with whom we conducted printing tests to ensure the best quality products. We always prioritize quality over quantity and the quality of the products over branding. We will not produce SWAG without the company logo or the team sub logo.(https://app.getguru.com/card/Tr4e9K5c/Teams-logo) SWAG is something that has a life beyond the office, and it represents our identity externally. We choose to brand products with long shelf lives, so we don't brand disposable utensils, wrappers, etc. We want the things we produce to stay with us and be useful. We always think twice before creating unnecessary packaging or hundreds of paper cards that will end up in the trash at the end of the day. ❤️🌎
