Why do I need to choose from the SWAG catalog?

The catalog helps us maintain a consistent line in both design and product quality. Every item offered in the catalog went through our quality control process to ensure we provide the best products to our employees, working with reliable suppliers who already know us and understand our values.

We always welcome feedback and are open to adding more products to the catalog.

Question 2

Why can't I order SWAG with a llama? 🦙

While the Llama farm is one of the features in our product, it is not our mascot and does not necessarily represent the values of our company. The SWAG we produce is essentially our face to the world, so we prefer to include a design that represents us better.

Question 3

We're a team of 5 people, and we don't have much to choose from in the SWAG catalog. Help!

Accepted Answer

Some of the suppliers we work with can't produce such small quantities, so there are a few options that are relevant for small teams, such as T-shirts, stickers, or caps. There's always the option to purchase useful items for the team without branding them.

Question 4

We ordered SWAG and have a budget of 200 ILS left. What can we do with it?

Accepted Answer

If you've chosen SWAG and are satisfied with it, it's okay not to use up the rest of the budget.
But if you must you can always buy an extra bottle of wine to enjoy together :) 🍾

We have a team event next week, and we need the SWAG to arrive faster than the time mentioned on the website.

Accepted Answer

Since we work with external suppliers, it's always important to plan ahead when there's enough time for design and production, rather than relying on last-minute orders. The timelines mainly depend on the production time of the suppliers, and there's no way for us to expedite them. 🗓️

Question 6

I found a cheaper supplier who delivers very quickly. Can I place an order directly through them?

We work with different suppliers with whom we conducted printing tests to ensure the best quality products. We always prioritize quality over quantity and the quality of the products over branding.

Do you have any suggestions for more suppliers? We would be happy to hear them and conduct printing tests with them (contact the Global design team).

Question 7

Can we order items without the monday.com logo?

Accepted Answer

We will not produce SWAG without the company logo or the team sub logo. SWAG is something that has a life beyond the office, and it represents our identity externally.
The logo will always appear in four colors and in its entirety – not just the avatar (except in exceptional cases approved by the design team) and following the guidelines specified in our brand book.
The logo will always appear prominently and not hidden, and if it needs to be small, we have a special format for that (Dropbox).

Question 8

How does the SWAG policy align with the company's existing policies?

Accepted Answer

We choose to brand products with long shelf lives, so we don't brand disposable utensils, wrappers, etc.
We want the things we produce to stay with us and be useful. We always think twice before creating unnecessary packaging or hundreds of paper cards that will end up in the trash at the end of the day. ❤️🌎
